Strange thing is that I have posted two blogs in one day!
Could it be I am suffering from Cabin Fever?
Well I have posted twice today probably because we have been inside all year long!!! Josh watched the Auburn game and was glad they won. We were supposed to go to my parents' house for some homemade pizza tonight, but the weather decided that it wasn't going to be cooperative.
Instead, we had beef roast and gravy, rice, broccoli, black-eyed peas (for luck in 2010), and will be having sour cream apple pie (my mom's recipe) later on. I will post the recipe sometime soon!
An update on poor Sadie's nail-clipping-fiasco-injury: She's going to live! (Of course we knew that already!!) Whereas it is not a serious injury (nor is it very uncommon) to cause a vein bleed when you clip a dog's nails, it can be painful and can bleed alot. :( So we wrapped Sadie's paw in gauze and medical tape and gave her a sock so she wouldn't worry the wound or bandage. (Yes, it is an Easter sock--it was the smallest one I could find so it would fit her.)
So, now we are watching some House, M.D. episodes. There will be lots of snow to shovel in the morning when we wake up!
